About our employees

ANZ has more than 50,000 employees around the world. Most of our people are based in Australia and New Zealand, but our workforce is increasing in the Asia Pacific region. We also have employees in the UK, Europe, the Americas and the Middle East. Most of our workforce (77%) is full-time, with 12% part-time and 11% temporary.

Women make up about 53% of our workforce. In 2011, women represented 22.75% of senior executives, 28.51% of senior managers and 40.31% of managers. We have initiatives in place to improve senior female representation. Find out more.
