Our culture reflects the things our people value, the way we relate to one another, share ideas and work together to get things done.

Our updated values were released in 2009 are a strong part of our culture. They help to guide how we work with each other and with our stakeholders. At ANZ we are striving to build a culture of outperformance, where our people can be their best, perform at their best and make decisions in the best interests of all stakeholders.

Employee engagement

Consistent with our values, ANZ is committed to valuing every voice and giving all of our people the opportunity to have their say on what it's like to work at ANZ through an annual employee survey.

The ANZ My Voice survey is our flagship people and culture measurement at ANZ. It provides deeper understanding and measurement of how our people connect with ANZ and our people's perceptions of ANZ's culture.
