Q. Can I change the transfer of funds between my ANZ accounts from future dated to regularly recurring?
A. Click ‘Transfer between my accounts’ and you will be able to set up a future dated transfer. Paying Bills
Q. What is BPAY® and how do I set this up?
A. BPAY® enables you to pay bills online. You do not need to register to use BPAY®; you simply need to have a bill that has your biller’s details (including biller code and reference number) on it.
Q. How do I cancel future payments/transfers when using BPAY®?
A. You can cancel or delete a future payment prior to 12.00am (midnight AEST) on the day prior to the payment being made effective.
Q. Can I make a bill payment with my credit card?
A. Bill payments from your credit card can be processed as either a purchase or cash advance. This is dependent upon how the biller is set up with the BPAY® billing service.
