Fax your completed Cover Sheet and Registration Form(s) to
Once we've received your Cover Sheet and Registration Form(s), we'll send you a new Customer Registration Number (CRN) (if applicable), your daily payment (Pay Anyone) Activation Code and your Security Device. Step 3
Activate your new daily payment (Pay Anyone Access) limit and Security Device, and you're all done.
