Phone support
ANZ Travel Card Customer Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phoning 1800 094 003 (+613 9683 7777 when overseas) to report your card lost or stolen, hear and/or change your PIN, check your card balance or for general enquiries.

To purchase an ANZ Travel Card, simply visit your nearest ANZ branch (except Sales Only and In-Centre branches) or Foreign Exchange Centre.

*To reload your card while you're away, contact your bank or financial institution to make a BPAY® payment from your cheque, savings or transaction account via internet or phone banking (allow up to four business days). The foreign exchange rate used will be the rate on the day ANZ received your cleared funds from BPAY®. A 1.1% Reload fee will apply. Limit of two value loads per day.

Federal Government legislation requires ANZ to verify the identity of all ANZ Travel Card holders and, accordingly, if you are not already a current ANZ customer, you must complete ANZ's customer identification process.
