ANZ CPS Offer

On 27 August 2008, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited ABN 11 005 357 522 (ANZ) announced an offer of convertible preference shares (CPS) (Offer). The Offer was made under the Prospectus lodged with ASIC on Thursday, 4 September 2008 (Prospectus).
