The Retail businesses are responsible for delivering a range of banking products and services to retail customers, while Commercial services small to medium enterprises through to smaller corporates. Specialised businesses Esanda and Agribusiness ensure the division is well placed to help customers enjoy more convenient banking while supporting local business to grow.

Operations, Technology and Shared Services (OTSS) is ANZ's core support division. OTSS is accountable for the global delivery of ANZ's information technology solutions and infrastructure, for our back-office operations capability in India, and for the provision of shared services including property, sourcing, accounts payable, environmental sustainability and human resources.
OTSS also has functional responsibility for Operations and ANZ's Change and Project Management practices and for oversight of IT and Operational Risk and Information Security.
