The ANZ Visa Purchasing Card is an ideal way to manage all your low value (and high effort) business purchases. It is also a flexible buying tool that is capable of automating and streamlining the procure to pay process.

Reporting, billing and payment options can be structured to meet your needs. Transaction data can be incorporated into ANZ Expense Manager for greater visibility, reporting and to assist in the reconciliation process. In addition, ANZ Supports a range of Electronic Expense Management and Management Information Systems - including stand-alone, client server, intranet or web based software packages.

Visa's broad acceptance helps eliminate personal reimbursements and allows greater control of corporate expenditure.

Flexible reporting on transactions makes it easier to manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiate rates and monitor policy compliance.

With ANZ Visa Purchasing Cards you can implement a range of controls, including card limits and cash advance limits assigned to individual cardholders.

Online administration with ANZ eManagment

Using a secure website, card administrators and cardholders can access statements, request changes to card limits, order replacement cards and manage transactions.

Company Liability Insurance

Company Liability Insurance protects the company against misuse transactions for up to $37,500 per cardholder per annum, and $200,000 per annum for the total card facility. This insurance is provided at no extra cost if you have an ANZ Visa Purchasing Card facility.

Company Liability Insurance is underwritten by Zurich Australian Insurance Company ABN 13 000 296 640 and subject to Terms and Conditions contained in the policy of insurance.

Worldwide acceptance
Your Visa Purchasing Card is a Visa card so your cards will be accepted at over 497,000 merchants in Australia and over 24 million outlets worldwide.
Purchase over the phone or Internet
As a Visa card, your ANZ Visa Purchasing Card can allow your employees to make bookings and purchases over the phone or on the Internet.
Recurring Transactions
Cardholders can authorise merchants to automatically process recurring transactions to their card. So any regular payments such as business subscriptions or professional memberships can be processed by the merchant directly to an ANZ Commercial Card.
Cash advances
Cardholders can be authorised to obtain cash over the counter. This enables the cardholder to withdraw cash from more than 500,000 branches of banks and financial institutions displaying the Visa PLUS logo worldwide. Also, if you've authorised cardholders to have a PIN and ATM access, they can get cash advances at more than 924,000 ATMs displaying the Visa logo worldwide. This includes over 2,600 ANZ ATMs as well as another 21,000 participating ATMs across Australia.
