5-Star award from the Bauer Financial Inc. (2007)

Citizens Security Bank (Guam) Inc., a member of the ANZ Group of Companies, has earned a 5-Star rating according to Bauer Financial, Inc., the nation’s leading independent bank rating firm. Under Bauer Financial’s rating system, five stars denote the absolute highest level of banking performance and is the firm’s highest rating. The award is based upon an analysis of current financial data as supplied by federal banking regulators, supplemented by historical operating data from CSB.

SBA Banker of the Year Award (2007)

Jane Kwok Ray, of CSB, was awarded the U.S. Small Business Administration Banker of the Year 2007 Award in Guam. To receive this means that she is recognized for being a top loan performer for SBA, and her dedication to servicing businesses with banking solutions that are flexible enough to keep up with their changing financial needs.

SBA Lender of the Year Award (2008)

On October 2008, CSB was awarded the U.S. Small Business Administration "2008 Lender of the Year" for Guam. To receive this honor means that CSB is recognized for being the top SBA lending institution on Guam during the fiscal year 2008.
