David McCall
President and CEO, American Territories

David McCall President & CEO, American Territories

David is the CEO and President for CSB, a member of the ANZ Group of Companies. He manages the full banking operations for four branches, with over 80 staff island-wide.

David joined ANZ in 2002 and has extensive experience across ANZ’s sales, operations, strategy and M&A divisions. He has held senior management roles in Group Strategic Development where he was responsible for leading a number of key strategy projects including the acquisition of a 19.9% stake in Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank. Most recently David was ANZ Head of Branch Network Distribution in Mortgages where he was responsible for managing the relationship with the Retail, Regional and Rural businesses.

David’s experience in the financial services industry also includes 3 years in management consulting with Bain & Co. and Booz Allen Hamilton. 

David holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from Melbourne University.

Ken Kent Chief Operating Officer, CSB GuamKen Kent
EVP, Chief Operating Officer, CSB Guam

Ken is the Head of Operations for CSB and is responsible for managing the finance, technology, and related support activities for the CSB branches.

Ken joined ANZ in 1988 and has held numerous operational roles throughout the organization, including Senior Manager Group Information, and most recently Chief of Staff for Amerika Samoa Bank. He joined CSB in 2007.

Ken holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from RMIT University. 

Richard NortheyRichard Northey
EVP, Head of Commercial, CSB Guam

Dick is the Head of Commercial Banking for CSB, and is responsible for managing the lending and deposit activities of commercial and corporate customers.

Dick joined CSB in 1996 as Senior Vice President, Credit Administration. Since then he has lead the bank’s commercial banking activities.

Dick has more than 30 years banking experience. Prior to joining CSB, Dick was senior loan officer for the Federated States of Micronesia Development Bank in Kolonia, Pohnpei. 

Dick holds a master’s degree in General Management from St. Mary’s College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from University of Oregon.

Terese SalumbidesTerese Salumbides
SVP, Head of Risk, American Territories

Terese Salumbides is Senior Vice President and Head of Risk for the American Territories. She is based in Hagatna Head Office and reports to Michael Black, Head of Risk, Pacific.

Terese joined the bank in August 2008 as Vice President and Risk Manager. She has over 25 years banking experience and has held numerous roles in business and banking, with the most recent as Vice President, Business Development and Operations Officer of Security Title, Inc.

Terese holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from University of Guam, and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School, Washington State.

SVP, Head of Retail and Small Business Lending

Millie is the Head of Retail Lending and Small Business Lending for CSB, responsible for managing the retail and small business lending activities for Guam.

Millie joined CSB in 2006 as Manager Mortgage Division, and transferred to Head of Retail in 2007.

Millie has held numerous retail banking roles, including business banking and mortgage banking, working for Bank of Hawaii (Guam), Citibank (Guam) and First Hawaiian Bank (Guam).

Leah is the Head of Retail Banking for CSB, responsible for managing the branch retail activities for the four CSB branches. She is based in Tamuning and reports to David McCall, President and CEO.

Prior to joining CSB in Sep 2008, Leah was Vice President and Head of Personal Banking in ANZ Philippines.

Leah holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Sociology from Assumption College in the Philippines and an MBA from the University of Western Australia.
