| Are my contents covered if I am overseas? |

When you take your contents away from the home and even outside of Australia and New Zealand, they are covered for up to 120 consecutive days and up to 25% of the sum insured or $15,000 (whichever is the lesser). Meanwhile, your valuables are covered up to a total of 25% of the contents sum insured and specified valuables are covered up to their specified sum insured. |

| How can I renew my policy? |

To renew you contents insurance policy, we will send you a Renewal Schedule approximately four weeks before your policy is due for renewal. To renew your policy, you'll simply need to follow the payment instructions. If you pay your contents insurance by monthly or annual direct debit, your policy will be automatically renewed. Your deductions will be continued unless you call 13 16 14, weekdays from 8am to 8pm, (AEST). |
